I started my spiritual journey recently with the intention of learning to heal myself and those around me. It wasn't long before I realized that intention is an amazingly powerful tool that can be used not only for healing but also for guidance in life. When we set an intention there are all kinds of events that happen within ourselves on a physical level such as releasing toxins, getting rid of diseases, removal of those close to you, and even behavioral changes.
Intention is a healing tool that can be used to help you in your life path.
Intentions are a powerful tool that can be used to help you in your life path. Intentions are the power of thought and focus, as well as the energy behind your actions. They are also what creates reality. Intentions are like the bridge between your thoughts and actions, allowing them to be manifested into physical reality.
Intentions come in all shapes and sizes, but one thing they all have in common is the belief that they will manifest into something concrete—destiny may not be certain but it’s always possible when using intention as a healing tool!
When the intention is clear and pure, the energy that it carries will be pure and true.
The first step in creating a healing intention is to make sure your intention is crystal clear and pure. This means that it must be in alignment with your heart, purpose, and life path.
The next step is to ask yourself if you are willing to create this intention now. If you are not ready, then please wait until you have reached a point where you feel complete readiness for this task. When you are reading and willing, you have to be sure because your journey will effect the lives and pathways of others.
Staying present in the here and now brings aliveness.
The mind is a powerful tool. It can take us from the here and now to the past, where we might dwell on a sad memory or regretful moment; or it can take us to the future, conjuring up all kinds of expectations or worries that aren't even real yet. It can also move us into our imaginations—we may be thinking about a situation as if it were happening right then and there, but in fact, we're just imagining it.
The thought process is something we have no control over most of the time; thoughts are simply what happen when our brains are active. In some cases they can be useful—the majority of our thoughts are not significant enough to affect our lives in any meaningful way—but they do sometimes distract us from what's happening around us in present time. They prevent us from feeling "alive," as if we're stuck in some kind of foggy haze instead of being fully aware and engaged with what's going on around us at any given moment.

Your life path is not an accident
Your life path is not an accident. If you're reading this, then you already know that your life has been a series of events that have happened to you over time. The question is: how do we get from where we are now back to having more control over our lives?
In order for us to move forward in a positive direction, it's important for us to understand what makes up our current state and what influences our decisions. Our past experiences give us the wisdom needed for living in the moment today and creating a better future tomorrow—but only if we learn how they can help us achieve this goal.
The present moment is all we have to work with when it comes down to making changes in our lives. That doesn't mean letting go of regrets or failures; rather, it means embracing them so they can serve as lessons learned instead of stopping progress altogether by beating yourself up over them (or blaming others).
All relationships have meaning and purpose. They are neither good nor bad, they simply are.
As you continue to live and experience life, the more you will become aware of the healing power of intention.
At some point, you may ask yourself if there is a purpose behind every relationship in your life. The answer is yes, there is always a purpose to every relationship in your life; however, that doesn’t mean that all relationships have positive intentions behind them or that they will bring happiness into your life.
As time goes on and we grow as individuals, we learn more about ourselves and what makes us happy or unhappy. When this happens, it becomes easier for us to recognize negative intentions within our relationships – people who don’t support us fully or unconditionally because they have their own agenda or prove themselves unreliable at times when we need them most (such as when going through tough times).
Sometimes these types of relationships are hard to see because we tend to not wanting to believe the negative things about ourselves (or others) but instead choose only to see what has been said as compliments rather than how it was meant/said with ill intent (and vice versa).
You are not alone; your own path is unique but often shared with others who are like-minded.

It's important to remember that you don't need to do everything yourself. If you want to achieve something, there are people in your life who can help give you a boost—or at least offer advice on how they've handled similar situations. These individuals may be friends, family members, or even strangers who have been helpful in the past (or might become so). But if they're not exactly in your social circle and don't care much about what you're doing? Well, then it's time for a new batch of friends.
There's no reason why we can't all learn from each other and grow together as we continue on our journeys through life.
On your path, people may come in to either help you or hinder you from achieving your goals.
One of the most important parts of achieving your goals is to realize that on your path people may come in to either help you or hinder you from achieving your goals. Some may be teachers and mentors, some angels and guideposts. No matter who they are or what their intentions are, remember that it is all part of the journey. Each person has something unique to share with you, so be thankful for all that has come before and embrace what comes next!
Your path may have bridges and roadblocks, the importance lies in how you deal with them and whether you let them stop you or whether you find a new way around them.

Roadblocks are a part of life that we all face at some point in our lives, even if just for a little while. They can be frustrating, challenging, and sometimes devastating but they are also opportunities for growth. Roadblocks allow us to slow down and reflect on our lives so that we can see what needs to change or understand where we need more support from those around us.
Bridges are usually found after roadblocks; they offer the opportunity for connection between people or places that were once separate from each other through communication, love, or knowledge!
When things appear to not be going as planned it can be difficult to determine which way to go next. When this happens leave yourself open for signs that are guiding you on your new direction/path.

Do not allow yourself to get angry or frustrated when things don't work out the way you had originally thought they would. Don't let it make you feel like a victim or cause you to give up hope in your abilities and/or dreams. Without these feelings, we can bask in the light of our inner confidence and know that everything is working out exactly as it should!

Conclusion
I hope that you will be able to use these tips and tricks to help guide you on your path. Remember that the most important thing is to keep an open heart, stay positive and be willing to take risks. Remember, that everyone you meet and every event that takes place is intentional. Everything is happening the way that it is bceause it is supposed to. It is your responsibility to identify whether it is a roadblock, a bridge, an assignment or an assessment.
