I know, it sounds selfish but it's time that this is addressed. Having children is the best gift we are given but it is not easy at all. I want to mention that there should always be more good days than bad. If it is always bad, maybe there are a few things that you need to take a further look into.
Oftentimes, we need to take a step back and look at the bigger picture. We may not be able to solve all our problems right away, but if we set goals for ourselves and work towards them over time, they will become easier and more manageable.

I believe it is due to all of the initiatives and public awareness that is all in the media lately. Do me a favor, don't be afraid of mental illness. It is not something that should be feared or stigmatized. Soo many people think that mental health is directly proportional to medicine and that is not true. We need to get rid of this mindset because there are soo many other ways one can improve their mental health. It requires just as much attention as one's approach to improving their physical health.
